Terms of Use

1. Parties and acceptance
These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern the relationship between:

By installing or continuing to use the Sohranili! iOS application (the "App"), you confirm that you have read these Terms, accept them, and agree to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any provision — do not install or use the App.
2. Service description
Sohranili! is an iOS mobile application that lets you:
- Save links to public social media videos and posts into a personal library
- Play, classify, and search saved content
- Optionally use AI features for automatic audio transcription, summaries, and recommendations
Files and library data are stored on your device or in your iCloud and remain under your control.
3. License
The Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on Apple devices you own, for personal non-commercial purposes and within the limits of applicable law.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, decompile, or reverse-engineer the App's code (except where expressly permitted by law)
- Transfer, resell, rent, or sublicense the App
- Remove copyright or trademark notices
- Circumvent technical protection measures or functionality restrictions
- Use the App to break laws or infringe the rights of third parties
4. Your obligations
When using the App you agree to:
- Save only content you have the right to use — your own materials, public posts for personal consumption, or content licensed by the rights holder
- Not use the App for mass, automated, or commercial downloading of third-party content
- Not use the App to circumvent copyright protection measures
- Not save illegal content: copyright-infringing materials, content promoting violence or extremism, child sexual abuse material, or other materials prohibited by law
- Not attempt unauthorized access to our servers, APIs, or infrastructure
- Not hand over your devices with the App installed to third parties in order to circumvent the Terms
5. Third-party content
The App uses public embed widgets and open APIs to fetch content at links you save. We:
- Do not host or distribute third-party content — we only fetch it at your request from public sources
- Do not control the content or availability of sources — social networks may change APIs, remove posts, or restrict access
- Are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or currency of materials obtained from third-party services
You are responsible for respecting copyright. If you save someone else's content, make sure you have the right to do so (your own posts, public access for personal use, a license). The Developer provides no legal guarantee on the use of third-party content.
6. AI features and their limitations
The App offers AI features: audio transcription, category suggestions, summaries, and recommendations. These features:
- Are enabled only after your explicit consent in a dedicated dialog
- Can be turned off at any time in App Settings
- Use external providers (Groq, SambaNova, Cerebras) — see the Privacy Policy
Quality limitations. AI results are advisory. They may contain:
- Speech recognition errors (especially with poor audio quality, strong accents, or background noise)
- Inaccuracies in suggested categories and descriptions
- Factual errors or "hallucinations" — AI may generate plausible but incorrect text
Do not rely on AI results where accuracy is critical (medicine, law, finance, safety). Verify information before making decisions.
7. Ads and monetization
The App may display advertising via Yandex Mobile Ads. You can:
- Manage tracking via Apple's App Tracking Transparency system dialog
- In the future, subscribe to a Pro tier that removes ads (details published at tier launch)
The Developer is not responsible for the content of advertising, the actions of advertisers, or the goods and services offered in ads.
8. Intellectual property
All rights in the App, its source code, design, logos, the name "Sohranili!", graphic elements, and other components belong to the Developer. Use under these Terms does not grant you any rights other than the limited license in §3.
Your user content (materials you save, tags, notes) remains your property. The Developer claims no rights to it.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without any express or implied warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer disclaims warranties of:
- Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
- Absence of errors, failures, or viruses
- Continuity of operation
- Accuracy or currency of data obtained from external sources
- Achievement of any results from using the App
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer is not liable for:
- Loss of your files, library, settings, or other data (keep backups)
- Unavailability of external services: social networks, AI providers, payment systems, the app store
- Advertiser actions and advertising content
- Indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages (lost profits, reputational damage, etc.)
- Any damages arising from the use of AI results (see §6)
The Developer's aggregate liability to you, if established, is limited to the amount you paid for the App over the past 12 months, or 1,000 (one thousand) Russian rubles — whichever is greater.
This limitation does not apply where liability cannot be limited under mandatory legal norms (e.g., willful misconduct, gross negligence, harm to life or health).
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify the Developer for damages, third-party claims, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your:
- Breach of these Terms
- Infringement of third-party rights — including copyright, related rights, trademark rights, and other intellectual property
- Unlawful use of the App or its features
12. Termination
By the user. You may uninstall the App at any time. Your local files in the chosen folder are not deleted — they remain under your control. Uninstalling the App terminates the license.
By the Developer. The Developer may restrict or terminate your access to the App for material breach of the Terms, or discontinue the App altogether with notice via the website or the App.
13. Changes to the Terms
The Developer may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced via the App or on leanbe.online at least 14 days before they take effect (except for changes required by law). Continued use of the App after changes take effect means your acceptance of them.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the substantive law of the Russian Federation. Mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence (including consumer protection law) retain their force.
Disputes are resolved:
- First through negotiation (claim procedure). Response time: 30 calendar days from receipt of the claim
- If not resolved — in the competent court at the Developer's place of residence, or — at your choice — at your place of residence (for consumers)
15. Miscellaneous
- Severability. If any provision of these Terms is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force
- Waiver. Non-exercise of a right by the Developer does not constitute a waiver
- Entire agreement. These Terms together with the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and the Developer regarding the App
- Force majeure. The Developer is not liable for non-performance of the Terms due to force majeure (internet outages, blockings, natural events, governmental actions, etc.)
